A word from the CEO...

As 2025 draws to a close it brings a natural moment to look back. Not only at what we achieved at Spacemanic, but also at how the world of space technologies itself is progressing.

From the very beginning we have been guided by a clear ambition. To find the most effective and accessible way to open cosmic space to new ideas, technologies and services. We built Spacemanic as a company willing to explore new directions and deliver solution that expand the boundaries of what human civilization can achieve beyond our home planet. Take bold approach where others might not.

The year 2025 moved a new topic to the forefront: Space defense. For decades space has been mainly perceived as a domain of science, commercial services and visionary civil ambitions. We do not loose our aims to build technologies for maintaining human presence on the Moon and later on Mars, but we are also ready for this new reality. We leveraged our capabilities and introduced product lines that directly respond to current needs.

This would not have been possible without our team. Spacemanic is first and foremost its people. Without grand statements, but with deep commitment, they deliver expectational results. This year was demanding, yet they clearly demonstrated how far we have advanced as a company within a single year. I am extremely proud of them!

One of the biggest milestones of 2025 was our integration with an aerospace defense group THALOR. In our new partners we found strong allies, mentors, and people who share our vision. Together we are opening new paths to shape the future of the space industry not only in Czechia, but also across Europe and globally.

Our efforts would be pointless if it wasn’t for our dear customers. Thank you all for entrusting us with your missions or parts of them. Every component that left our office, every service that has been provided has been completed with great care and responsibility. We very much value your feedback and hope to always improve our processes to make your life easier.

The year also brought a turning point in the future of orbital services and its customers. The European Commission introduced a draft of the new European Space Act. The idea of common rules between all actors in space economy is right. However, the way some of these measures are being introduced in the EU or on national levels, is not the most helpful. The market response is clear. Increasingly there is a sense that technologies are being developed to satisfy administration rather than to genuinely advance humanity. This is not a healthy direction and it will be an important topic of discussion in the year ahead.

We believe the future of space belongs to true innovation. Not to solutions that look impressive in presentations but to those that genuinely expand what humanity can achieve. To technologies that help us better understand Earth other planets and the universe around us. For all humanity not for short term gain.

We want to be part of a world where space is used wisely, simply and responsibly.

Thank you for walking this path with us.

We wish you another successful orbit around the Sun.
